The Bible makes it known that we can openly come to God and talk freely with Him through prayer. It also teaches that we can cast our cares and troubles on Him - because He cares for us!
One of our core values at Bannockburn is 'Prayer with Expectation' - asking freely of God, knowing He hears us and meets our needs.
The Prayer Team at Bannockburn serves weekly in many capacities. This all-volunteer team has committed to praying for our pastoral team and staff on a weekly basis. They assemble every Sunday morning to pray for our worship services while they're taking place. They also stand ready every Sunday morning to pray with people attending Bannockburn who desire to have someone pray with them for a specific need.
You can meet the Prayer Team on Sunday mornings at the Prayer Chapel - located in the center of the Bannockburn campus.
